At Ridstarebike, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the e-bike in its original box, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and schedule a courier pickup or drop it off at an authorized shipping center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
